We are Fork & Truck, a Houston food truck serving up an inspired menu of international sandwiches that’s as diverse as Houston itself.

We use only premium ingredients including humanely raised meat, cage-free poultry, and organic, seasonal produce whenever possible.

Fork & Truck is the first solo endeavor and labor of love of Chef Martin.
