After you book an open date, we provide all corresponding locations their schedules of visiting food trucks. It is your (the food truck's) responsibility in contacting your booked locations ahead of your visitation date for the purposes of exchanging your most up-to-date menu with them. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations online must inform via email also both Chase The Food Trucks and the intended location booked. For informing Chase The Food Trucks, please directly text Sean Jaehne at 281-658-9593 "I need to cancel [location name] on [date]."
